The present invention relates to an apparatus for selecting a grain sample and, specifically, to a kit for selecting a grain sample capable of easily selecting a sample in plant diseases from a large amount of grain samples in a short time, and to a use thereof. According to the present invention, a kit for separating a grain sample is capable of reducing the time and costs by selecting a large amount of contaminated grain samples in a shortened time in comparison with a conventional method, mass-producing and supplying a large amount thereof as the kit is manufactured by a relatively simple configuration, and quickly and accurately performing a process of separating and culturing bacteria causing plant diseases.
