Disclosed is a hierarchical multidimensional topology presenting method. The method comprises: establishing a connection between a virtual network element device in a virtualized logical network element layer and a service network element device in a service logical layer, and establishing a connection between the virtual network element device in the virtualized logical network element layer and a resource bearing device in a VIM monitoring layer; acquiring resource and/or state information of the devices in the virtualized logical network element layer, the service logical layer and the VIM monitoring layer respectively; and presenting the connection relationships and the connection states of the devices in the virtualized logical network element layer, the service logical layer and the VIM monitoring layer according to the acquired resource and/or state information. Also disclosed is a hierarchical multidimensional topology presenting apparatus and a storage medium.
