The present invention relates to a perforated drain pipe for back-washing wastewater and a dissolved air flotation-type water treatment apparatus including the same, and more specifically, to a perforated drain pipe for back-washing wastewater and a dissolved air flotation-type water treatment apparatus including the same, which are capable of minimizing loss of filter media while effectively collecting and draining back-washing wastewater generated due to back-washing essentially required for a filtering process using filter media. The perforated drain pipe for back-washing wastewater is a perforated drain pipe (20) which collects and drains back-washing wastewater, generated due to back-washing of filter media (11) in a filtering tank (1) in which a filter unit (10) filled with a plurality of filter media (11) is provided therein and which filters contaminants in raw water. According to the present invention, back washing can be performed at sufficient speed and thus efficient back washing can be achieved because loss of filter media can be prevented and also back-washing wastewater can be easily drained, and an effect of being more economical is obtained because collected back-washing wastewater can be transferred to a downstream collection tank via a non-pressure flow method without separate power.
