PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the same display of the image data obtained from photosensitive material as that obtained from an image data storing medium, and to easily, rapidly and surely input a printing condition. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a displaying means A for displaying the image of the image data required for forming the print on a screen, and an inputting means E for inputting a print forming condition for forming the print based on the image data displayed by the display means A, and the number of image frames in the case of displaying the image of the image data read by a 1st image data reading means B on the displaying means A is made equal to the number of image frames in the case of displaying the image of the image data read by a 2nd image data reading means C on the displaying means A, and also, both arrangements of the image frames are the same.
