The present invention relates to an LED lighting device made of a polymer conductive composite plastic carbon nanotube. The present invention simplifies a heat radiation process by inserting a metal material including aluminum, magnesium, and carbon in a polymer conductive composite plastic carbon nanotube, which shows rapid heat radiation and has excellent conductivity, high strength, a light weight, and good characteristics against electromagnetic waves, to perform bonding of different kinds of materials in a single process. In addition, the present invention generates capillarity by adopting a metallic heat pipe together with the carbon nanotube and rapidly radiates generated heat by absorbing the heat from a heat source through operations of an evaporation part, an insulation part, and a condensation part of the heat pipe. Since the carbon nanotube material contributes to simplification of production processes, reduces production costs by reducing a weight, and can be formed into any shape or any size, it is possible to effectively radiate the heat by arranging the material on a rear side of a heating substrate of the lighting device. The heat pipe made by bonding the different kinds of materials is used for an outer part and an inner part of a body to effectively radiate the heat inside the body to the outside by using both conduction and convection at the same time. |
