The present invention relates to a photoalignment layer comprising a backbone including a polyolefin compound, and a plurality of side chains linked to the backbone and including a vertical expression group and reactive mesogen (RM), wherein the backbone and the side chains of the compound are represented by chemical formula 1. According to the present invention, a liquid crystal photoalignment layer is formed by using a polyolefin compound as a backbone. Thus, it is possible to improve the mechanical properties of the photoalignment layer and after-images. |
