The present invention relates to an automatic ham cutting apparatus. The ham cutting apparatus of the present invention comprises: a ham aligning tray, comprising a ham setting recess in which ham is inserted in a set shape and a blade passing recess which passes through the ham setting recess; a tray conveyor for transporting the ham aligning tray; a vibrator which is disposed at an upper part of the ham aligning tray and includes a vibrating body that provides vibration to the ham being fed, so that the ham enters the ham setting recess of the ham aligning tray in a set shape; a cutting blade which is disposed on a moving route of the ham aligning tray and passes through the blade passing recess. Accordingly, the ham being fed into the ham cutting apparatus above would be led into the ham setting recess of the ham aligning tray by vibration generated by the vibrator, and transported by the tray conveyor passing through the cutting blade which subsequently cuts the ham in the ham setting recess. Accordingly, the present invention allows a large quantity of ham to be cut automatically and swiftly. |
