NOVEL TRYPTAMINE CONJUGATED COMPOUNDS AND THEIR BIOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS

The present invention relates to a novel tryptamine conjugated compound obtained by conjugating tryptamine derivatives and antioxidant derivatives by a click reaction, and a pharmaceutical composition and a health supplement food composition for preventing and treating degenerative diseases including the same. The tryptamine conjugated compound according to the present invention exhibits inhibitory activities on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) of cholinesterase (ChE) and is effective in preventing and treating degenerative disease. Particularly, the tryptamine conjugated compound of the present invention exhibits inhibitory activities selectively on BuChE of the ChE. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention has the tryptamine conjugated compound as an active ingredient for preventing and treating Alzheimer′s disease or degenerative diseases or for treating the degenerative disease or promoting learning ability and memory.
