The present invention relates to a method for simultaneous production of organic acids and furan compounds from torrefaction of wood byproducts. The objective of the present invention is to provide a simultaneous production method by supplying a condensate to an adsorption tower filled with activated carbon having selective adsorption tendency to organic acids and furan compounds so that the organic acids and furan compounds contained in torrefaction condensate of wood byproducts may be produced fractionally and carrying out fractionation through multiple adsorption and desorption steps. The method for simultaneous production of organic acids and furan compounds from torrefaction of wood byproducts includes the steps of: supplying the torrefaction condensate of wood byproducts to an adsorption tower filled with activated carbon having selective adsorption tendency to organic acids and furan compounds to adsorb the furan compounds and collecting and separating discharged organic acids (S100); supplying ultrapure water to the adsorption tower after the completion of adsorption to desorb the organic acids from the activated carbon and to collect and separate the discharged organic acids (S200); supplying a mixture of ethanol (or methanol) with ultrapure water to the adsorption tower after the washing step to desorb the furan compounds from the activated carbon and to collect and separate the discharged furan compounds (300).
