PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to attach a slider to a suspension fixed to an E block during manufacture of a head stack assembly.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing device of a head stack assembly, arranged is means capable of executing: a step of relatively moving, in a direction parallel to a center plane of a pair of suspensions opposed to each other, the suspensions and an optical axis converter and causing the optical axis converter to enter between the pair of suspensions; a step of photographing two reference marks by a camera of which a photographing optical axis is bent by the optical axis converter; and a step of detecting a loading position of the slider from an image of the two reference marks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
