PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a drink and food having deep taste or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of drink and food including adding a flavor raw material (A) containing cyclotene of 0.1 ppm or more obtained by a manufacturing method including a process for heating a solution or dispersion containing one or more kind of amino acid or a salt thereof selected from a group consisting of asparagic acid, glutamic acid, methionine, valine and histidine and a salt thereof of 0.1 to 8.5 M and one or more kind of saccharide selected from a group consisting of ribose, xylose, arabinose, glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose and lactose of 0.1 to 6.7 M as a final concentration to a drink and food containing saccharide (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
