PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a pattern carrier carrying a pattern layer by, subsequent to mutual detachment of a part of the pattern carrier and a plate mutually attached via an application layer, progressing detachment of the pattern carrier and the plate in a detachment progressing direction, in which the pattern layer is excellently formed.SOLUTION: A producing method of a pattern carrier comprises: a transcription step of transcribing an application material onto a reversal pattern part and a dummy pattern part by attaching one main surface of a plate onto one main surface of a pattern carrier via an application layer; a detachment step in which, subsequent to detachment of a part of the pattern carrier and the plate mutually attached via the application layer, progressing detachment of the pattern carrier and the plate in a detachment progressing direction. In the transcription step, the dummy pattern part is attached onto one main surface of the pattern carrier in an adjacent manner to the reversal pattern part at an upstream side of the reversal pattern part in the detachment progressing direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
