PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo drive cylinder type screen printer.SOLUTION: A servo drive cylinder type screen printer performs full automatic and quick supply and printing by a combination of a feeder and a collector, and includes a machine base, a printing cylinder, a direct drive servo mechanism, a screen carrier and a linear servo mechanism. In the screen printer, an in-feed transportation table is provided in the front of the machine base, an out-feed transportation table is provided in the rear of the machine base, and a printing work area is provided between said two transportation tables, the printing cylinder is provided in the printing work area, and the direct drive servo mechanism is connected to an end of a rotary shaft for connection of the cylinder thereby forming direct drive means, and is so linked with rotation of the rotary shaft as to accurately control a rotational speed. The screen carrier is provided above the printing work area and is adjacent to the cylinder, and the linear servo mechanism is connected to the screen carrier thereby forming another direct drive means and performs linear movement which is accurately controlled. Thus, number of cams, racks and gears of the screen printer are simplified by plural sets of direct drive means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
