PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly reflect a CAE analysis result on a cross-sectional shape for defining a draw model shape.SOLUTION: A reflection method of a CAE analysis result includes: an initial span change rate calculation process of calculating the change rate of length in the cross-sectional shape of a deformation part in initial model molding; a process of calculating an initial board thickness reduction rate from the initial press molding simulation result; a process of obtaining the correspondence relation between the initial span change rate and the initial board thickness reduction rate; a corrected span change rate calculation process of calculating a corrected span change rate from a corrected cross-sectional shape: and a board thickness reduction prediction process of predicting a corrected board thickness reduction rate corresponding to the corrected span change rate on the basis of the obtained correspondence relation. |
