PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radical-polymerizable composition excellent in curability even after long-term storage.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a radical-polymerizable composition containing an unsaturated polyester (A), a radical-polymerizable monomer (B), a cobalt compound (C) and a polyol compound (D), and a civil engineering and construction material using the same. The radical-polymerizable composition of the present invention is excellent in curability after long-term storage. In addition, it is also excellent in tensile physical properties such as tensile strength and tensile elongation and in surface hardness of a coated film. Therefore, the radical curable composition of the present invention can be suitably used in the fields of civil engineering, construction, railway, road and the like. In particular, it can be particularly suitably used as an FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) waterproof material. |
