A method for eliminating electroencephalogram (EEG) noise is disclosed. The method for eliminating electroencephalogram noise comprises the following steps of: (a) receiving an EEG signal; (c) extracting independent components from the EEG signal by using an independent component analysis (ICA) technique; and (d) eliminating k noise from the extracted independent components wherein k satisfies 2<=k<=n+1. The step (c) and step (d) can be performed n times wherein n is a natural number, two or higher.
