摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a magnetic field sensor simultaneously having compact size, light-weight, rigidity, toughness, high sensitivity, and low power consumption by good used highly reliable electromagnetic induction based on the application of the property of magnetic materials and coils.SOLUTION: A magnetic field sensor includes at least one pair of an inclined magnetic core pair 1 having at least one pair of inclined magnetic cores having a pair of an inclined magnetic core 1a having a solenoid winding exciting coil 2 and a solenoid winding detection coil 3 which are disposed so as to be orthogonal to each other in the axis of a coil and having an easy magnetization axis of magnetic material with magnetic anisotropy inclined from an axial direction of the exciting coil 2 to an axial direction of the detection coil 3, and an inclined magnetic core 1b having an easy magnetization axis inclined to an opposite direction from the axial direction of the exciting coil 2 with a magnetic flux generated by the exciting coil 2 as a reference with respect to an inclined direction of the inclined magnetic core 1a. The magnetic field sensor magnetically couples the exciting coil 2 with the inclined magnetic core pair 1, and magnetically couples the inclined magnetic core pair 1 and the detection coil 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
