PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide vane for a hydraulic machine that can ensure reliability in strength and effectively reduce operational losses.SOLUTION: A guide vane 3 according to the present embodiment includes: a blade body 20 that forms a camber line; an outlet-side connection point 21 provided at an edge of the outlet side of an outer circumferential face of the blade body 20 during a water turbine operation, the connection point coming into contact with an inner circumferential face of another adjacent guide vane during fully-closed state; and an outlet-side portion 22 provided at the outlet-side from the outlet-side connection point 21. In a cross-sectional view, an inner circumferential intersection point 24 is provided at which a straight line extending so as to be orthogonal from the outlet-side connection point 21 to the camber line CL intersects with an inner circumferential face of the blade body 20. In an inscribed circle X inscribed on an outer and inner circumferential faces of the blade body 20 at the outlet-side connection point 21 and the inner circumferential intersection point 24 respectively, a tip point 22D of the outlet-side portion 22 is located outside of the inscribed circle X, and located closer to an axis side of runner from an extension line L1 towards the outlet-side portion side of the camber line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
