The present invention relates to a technology having a speaker sound box with a pot structure made of paper to improve acoustic reproduction performance of a speaker by facilitating a resonance effect and restraining an acoustic reflection phenomenon through the speaker. To this end, a speaker apparatus having a sound box with a paper pot structure comprises: the speaker sound box made of a paper material and configured to have a pot-like structure, wherein a first opening is vertically formed on one side of a central portion of the speaker sound box and a second opening is formed on an end portion of one side of the speaker sound box; a speaker unit fixed to and installed in the first opening; and a coupling member and a bolt configured to install the speaker unit to be closely attached to the first opening.
