PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parasitic element extraction device capable of extracting a parasitic element with sufficient accuracy and in a shorter extraction time relative to prior art.SOLUTION: The parasitic element extraction device includes control means which executes parasitic element extraction processing for extracting the parasitic element in each of distribution lines of an electronic circuit. On the basis of a net list that is logic circuit connection information of the electronic circuit, a timing restriction condition that specifies a timing restriction of the electronic circuit, cells to be used for the logic circuit connection information and pin information of the cells, the control means generates a net description file selectively for each predetermined path in the electronic circuit. On the basis of arrangement/wiring data and the net description file, the control means sets predetermined extraction accuracy for each selected path, extracts the parasitic element of each distribution line of the electronic circuit and generates circuit connection information including the parasitic element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
