PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization method capable of synchronizing processing between a plurality of devices at low cost and highly accurately without using dedicated hardware, and a synchronization system.SOLUTION: A time stamp for which time stamps of a plurality of devices are acquired for each device while making the devices perform processing iteratively in a fixed cycle is used for calculating a unit time coefficient for synchronizing a unit of an internal time for each device with a unit of a predetermined reference internal time and an offset amount for synchronizing start of the internal time for each device with start of the predetermined reference internal time. While using the unit time coefficient and the offset amount, the unit and the start of the internal time of each device are converted into the predetermined reference internal time and on the basis of the predetermined reference internal time, an out-of-synchronism amount between the time in which a reference device to be one reference among the devices executes processing and a time in which any other subordination device than the reference device executes processing is calculated. While using the out-of-synchronism amount, start of processing in the subordination device is synchronized with start of processing in the reference device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
