In the present invention, there is disclosed an optical-fiber interferometric sensor for monitoring traffic operations comprising a laser source (1) connected through the mediation of an optical fiber (2) with a protecting box (3) that is connected by the optical fiber (2) with a photodetector (6). The photodetector (6) is further connected with a signal processing device (4), wherein at the box (3) inlet (3) and at the box (3) outlet said optical fiber (2) passes via a reference coupler (9) and a measuring coupler (91), in both of which said optical fiber (2) divides itself into a reference branch (10) and a measuring branch (11), wherein the interferometer measuring branch (11) is formed by an optical fiber (22) arranged onto a resonator (7), while the interferometer reference branch (10) is formed by a reference optical fiber (21) situated onto a damping first surface (8), whereby a second damping surface (81) is arranged at a certain distance above the first damping surface (8). |
