APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING COMPOSITE GIRDERS AND ABUTMENTS OF RAHMEN BRIDGE AND RAHMEN BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an apparatus to connect a composite girder to an abutment of a rahmen bridge and a rahmen bridge construction method using the same comprising: a composite girder formed by integrating a T-beam or an I-beam with a lower concrete casing, divided into an upper part and a lower part; an upper plate unit having a pair of upper vertical plates fixated on both ends of an upper flange in an end unit toward a lower side; and an integrally formed pair of lower vertical plates of a lower plate unit on a point of an abutment where the composite girder is mounted, wherein the upper plate unit is inserted in between the lower vertical plates. Then, the lower plate unit is closely attached and overlapped to an outer side of the upper plate unit, and is combined using bolts and nuts. While the composite girder and the abutment are connected, a slab is formed by pouring concrete in an upper part of the composite girder. A connection unit to connect the composite girder to the abutment is integrated by pouring concrete therein. The present invention makes a work to connect the composite girder to the abutment easy by simply combining the upper plate unit integrated with the lower concrete casing to the lower plate unit using bolts and nuts by inserting the upper plate unit in between the lower vertical plates, making the upper plate unit closely attached and overlapped to the outer side of the upper plate unit.
