The present invention provides a fuse circuit which can stably reset by preventing peak current consumption when a fuse circuit including a latch is reset. According to the present invention, the fuse circuit comprises: an E-fuse array including a plurality of E-fuse elements formed to store fuse data; a latch unit including a plurality of latch groups formed to latch the fuse data read from the E-fuse array; and a control unit for outputting latch reset signals respectively corresponding to latch groups in response to a device reset signal and a clock signal. The control unit sequentially enables the latch reset signals. |
