Method and System for controlling display of network media information are disclosed. The method includes: obtain basic audience target dimensions to form a set of basic audience target dimensions for an advertiser; providing, for at least a first basic audience target dimension, a respective set of sub-dimensions, wherein each sub-dimension of the respective set of sub-dimensions is based on a respective characteristic shared by a respective cluster of audience members that have performed a first predetermined action with respect to network media information of the advertiser; selecting at least a first sub-dimension and a second sub-dimension from the respective set of sub-dimensions; combining the at least first sub-dimension and second sub-dimension to form a combined audience target dimension; and adding the combined audience target dimension to the set of basic audience target dimensions for the advertiser. |
