PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and/or means for picking out an individual cell to analyze it, and at the same time, quantitatively monitoring expression levels of various genes in the form of maintaining two-dimensional information of a tissue.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for obtaining gene expression levels in any site or all of the target sites at one cell level positional resolution by producing a nucleic acid library from a genome, ncRNA, or protein in the form of maintaining two-dimensional cell distribution information in a living tissue. More specifically, a sheet shape nucleic acid library is produced from a genome, ncRNA, or protein in the form of maintaining two-dimensional cell distribution information in the living tissue and this is repeatedly used in gene expression detection steps, thereby enabling an expression distribution measurement with high precision for a large number of genes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
