PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body of a sheet-like cell culture having a reinforcement portion which is excellent in operativity and is suitable for transplantation, and to provide applications of the laminated body for treatment of diseases associated with a tissue abnormality.SOLUTION: The invention provides a laminated body of a sheet-like cell culture and a fibrin gel having at least one reinforcement portion formed with the fibrin gel by dropping a liquid containing fibrinogen on the top face of the sheet-like cell culture, spraying a liquid containing thrombin on the face to form a fibrin gel layer, and dropping the liquid containing the thrombin and the liquid containing the fibrinogen on it; a pharmaceutical composition containing the same; and a production method thereof. The reinforcement portion has a strength of about 0.4 N or more, has a strength of 1.5 times or more that of a non-reinforcement portion, and functions as an insertion portion of a surgical suture.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
