PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device capable of suppressing the measurement of a distance by erroneously assuming that a transmitted wave transmitted from another vehicle is a reflected wave.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device comprises: an interference determination unit 133 that determines whether a state is an interference state where a laser radar 110 possibly receives second irradiation light on the basis of transmission time information received by a wireless communication device 120 and light projection-reception periods in which the laser radar 110 is in a state of being capable of receiving first irradiation light; and a sensor control unit 131 that controls irradiation timing of emitting the first irradiation light from the laser radar 110 and the light reception period, and that changes the irradiation timing and the light reception period so as to eliminate the interference state on the basis of the fact that the interference determination unit 133 determines the interference state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
