PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue communication even when re-connection procedures are taken to a radio base station T-eNB which does not correspond to "extended PDCP-SN" when mobile station UE is communicating with a radio base station S-eNB which corresponds to "extended PDCP-SN."SOLUTION: A mobile communication method has the steps of: resetting the setting for "extended PDCP-SN" when mobile station UE detects an RLF in a bearer in the aforementioned state; and establishing a bearer using "conventional PDCP-SN" by taking a re-connection procedure with a radio base station T-eNB which does not correspond to "extended PDCP-SN."SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
