Novelty: preparation method of sauce with condiments is disclosed. Preparation method: 1) mixing of lemon juice, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, red pepper, sweet pepper, mustard all in adequate proportions until homogenization; 2) gradual addition of maize oil and water and synchronous stirring of the mixture; 2) packaging and placement of the homogenized and viscous mixture into the refrigerator. Embodiment: the invention is an ideal dressing for roasted meat and sandwiches. |
