<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle for a machine tool which includes an extrusion tool preventing chattering etc. even when the spindle is extended. <P>SOLUTION: The tool placed on the spindle for the machine tool includes: a support table supporting a workpiece; and a spherical bearing configured to flexibly respond to the support table in accordance with an inclined shape of the workpiece. The spindle for the machine tool includes: a rotating shaft located at a spindle head of the machine tool; a ram fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft; and an attachment mounted to a tip of the ram. The spindle further includes the extrusion tool having: a stopper screwed to a screw disposed in a snout; a bracket whose end opposite to the stopper serves as the spherical bearing; the support table having one end which is a spherical body fitted to the spherical bearing of the bracket and the other end formed to have a Y-bend shape and abutting on an outer surface in a processing range of the workpiece; and an anti-slip member mounted to the other end of the support table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
