PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric constant measuring device capable of controlling the temperature of a sample liquid and measuring the electrical properties thereof while visually recognizing the sample liquid under a high pressure.SOLUTION: A dielectric constant measuring device comprises: a container 8 consisting of a single crystal sapphire tube for housing a sample liquid 2 to be measured in a sealed state; an electrode 6 provided in the inside of the container 8; temperature control means 5 for controlling the temperature of the sample liquid 2 inside the container 8; and a dielectric constant measuring instrument connected to the electrode 6. The container 8 is slenderly tubular and transparent or translucent. The electrode 6 is constituted of a columnar protective electrode used as a core, and a cylindrical main electrode and counter electrode covering the protective electrode through a gap. |
