Valve unit for installation on a district heating pipeline and in a dry well, where the valve unit comprises a valve top with at least one main valve and at least one by-pass valve, where at least one by-pass duct is at least connected to a pipe on both sides of the main valve via a pipe connection, and where the by-pass duct is further connected to the at least one by-pass valve where the by-pass duct is an integrated part of the valve unit, thereby achieving a drain valve which are to be operated from outside the well by an operator on the ground. |
