PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of defects of center-sealing performed by overlapping both end edge parts in the width direction of a film.SOLUTION: A reverse pillow type packaging machine which performs center sealing by overlapping both end edge parts Xa in the width direction of a transported film X and packaging a packaged body in the film X having a tube-like shape includes a film regulation device 51 which regulates a manner of a seal planned part Xb to be center-sealed in the film X transported in an overlapping state, at an upstream side of a center seal part 34 for performing center-sealing. The film regulation device 51 has a passage part 52 for passing the seal planned part Xb in a manner of being center-sealed while contacting the seal planned part Xb, and a pressing part 53 suppressing floating of a lower side part from the seal planned part Xb.
