PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device which is inexpensive and excellent in reliability.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube device has a housing, insulation oil filled in the housing, a connection terminal portion and a load portion. The load portion is mounted in the housing, and is supplied with power, voltage or current through an electrical wire which is connected to the connection terminal portion through an electrical wire. The connection terminal portion has a terminal support body formed by using polybutylene terephthalate resin, a terminal 302, a coating 303 formed by using polyurethane resin and a blocking member 304 formed by using epoxy resin. The coating 303 surrounds a through-hole 301h of the terminal support body over the whole periphery. The blocking member 304 is provided in the whole area surrounding the through-hole 301h, and adheres to each of the coating 303 and the terminal 302.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
