摘要 According to the present invention, provided is an apparatus for manufacturing double-layer fabric for down products, comprising: a printing means for printing an adhesive according to a specific printed pattern; a drying means for drying the adhesive; a joining means for bringing together into close contact the fabric on which the adhesive has been printed; and a bonding means for compressing the joined fabric into a specific compressing pattern while high-frequency heating same to harden the adhesive, thereby bonding the fabric using the hardened adhesive, wherein the printed pattern and the compressing pattern could overlap in pattern (shape) with respect to a central pattern line at the center, and wherein the difference in size (width) of the pattern is no more than 20 percent. The apparatus, according to the present invention, enables mass-production of double fabric for down products having down chambers through a high-frequency heat compression bonding technique and/or a bond-first cut-later technique, and joining pattern lines of the double fabric for down products formed by the apparatus have high adhesive force and durability, and have clear surface pattern lines having high-quality finishing, and thereby is aesthetically pleasing.
