In the present invention, a detection unit (110A) uses an output signal outputted from a power amplifier as an input signal and detects a detection voltage value of the input signal, detects a relationship of magnitude between the detection voltage value and a reference value, and detects when the detection voltage value has exceeded a threshold value. Then, with respect to the detection voltage value, a counting unit (121A) in an offset determination unit (120A) counts the number of times that the detection voltage value exceeds the threshold value in a time period from after the detection voltage value exceeds the reference value until the detection voltage value falls to or below the reference value. A determination unit (122) in the offset determination unit (120A) then determines that there is an offset voltage anomaly if the counting result from the counting unit (121A) reaches a predetermined value. Therefore, the offset voltage can be monitored at all times, with a simple configuration in which a timer function is not implemented. |
