摘要 The present invention relates to integrated control of various types of equipment for reducing energy in a building and, more particularly, to an integrated controller and control system capable of stably controlling various types of equipment using an analog signal, a digital signal and an infrared signal. The integrated controller of the present invention comprises: a communication unit which is connected to a control unit via a network apparatus; an input unit which receives a detection signal from a detection target provided in a control unit; an analog signal output unit; a digital signal output unit; an IR module which sets one or more memory regions, allocates and stores an infrared signal from a remote controller based on a pulse width, and transmits a set control command; and a control unit which actuates at least any one of the analog signal output unit, the digital signal output unit and the IR module when a set condition is satisfied in response to the detection signal received from the input unit. The integrated controller and the control system can be connected to a network apparatus using any one or more methods selected among a Zigbee protocol, a Modbus RTU protocol, an RS485 communication standard, and a power line communication method, and can handle various environments using a feedback control routine.
