PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of applying a measurement condition to be used for measurement of a cerebral aneurysm in first volume data, to the measurement of a cerebral aneurysm in second volume data.SOLUTION: A medical image processor 10 includes: ROI setting means 119 for setting a first area including an observation area of a subject and a second area different from the first area in first and second volume data, respectively; former stage positioning means 120A for positioning a former stage in the second area of the first and second volume data; latter stage positioning means 120B for positioning a latter stage in the first area in the first and second volume data by using a result of positioning the former stage; and second measurement means 123 for applying a measurement condition to be used for measurement of an observation object in the first volume data to the measurement of an observation object in the second volume data by using a result of positioning the latter stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
