The present invention relates to a pulley of a vehicle window regulator and, more specifically, to a pulley of a window regulator capable of fundamentally solving the corrosion of a pulley pin and a fixing phenomenon, caused by the corrosion, that are problems of an existing method for combining the pulley with a module plate in a window regulator through the riveting of the pulley pin. To this end, the pulley assembly for cable guide, installed in a plate part of the vehicle window regulator, includes: a pulley pin part protruding from the plate part; a pulley rotationally installed on the outer surface of the pulley pin part to support and guide a cable; and a stop ring fixed and installed on the outer surface of the pulley pin part, including the pulley, to prevent the pulley from being separated from the pulley pin part.
