[Problem] To improve dynamic fit properties in the crotch area. [Solution] This problem is solved by: providing a vertically intermediate section of an absorbent body (13) on a front panel (F) with a vertically stretchable section (17), the length of which stretches and contracts in the vertical direction; a front panel (F) outer body (20) having at least a section that overlaps the vertically stretchable section (17), sections on both sides in the widthwise direction thereof, and a section on the waist-opening side thereof; providing an area of the outer body (20) of the front panel (F) to the sides from a widthwise intermediate section of the absorbent body (13) with a lifting elastic member (30) having a contracting force for causing at least the rear side relative to the front-end section of the vertically stretchable section (17) when worn to be lifted diagonally upward and to both sides in the widthwise direction; and the elastic stretching and contracting of the lifting elastic member (30) causing the vertical length of the vertically stretchable section (17) to stretch and contract. |
