[Problem] To provide a configuration for estimating a traffic volume during a time when there is a possibility that a vehicle on the back side is concealed by a vehicle on the front side when the traffic volume is measured on the basis of a captured image captured by a monocular camera. [Solution] Provided is a traffic volume estimation device (10) provided with: a detection unit (114) for detecting an immeasurable time during which a traffic volume in a predetermined lane cannot be measured; an object volume measurement unit (115) for measuring, as a measured traffic volume, a traffic volume during a measurable time in the predetermined lane; and an estimation unit (116) for estimating, as an estimated traffic volume, a traffic volume during the immeasurable time in the predetermined lane on the basis of the immeasurable time. |
