According to the present invention, an organic light emitting diode display device comprises a substrate, an anode electrode, a first bank, and a second bank. A plurality of pixel regions arranged in a matrix type are defined on the substrate. The anode electrode is arranged in the pixel regions. The first bank exposes the anode electrode and has an opening of a first width. The second bank has an opening of a second width on the first bank. The first width is wider than the second width. Therefore, the organic light emitting diode display device improves surface features of the anode electrode by eliminating contaminants from the anode electrode without degrading hydrophobic features of the banks.
