Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for estimating a curvature. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for estimating a driving curvature of a vehicle comprises: a first calculator calculating a change amount of the driving curvature of the vehicle in accordance with a change in a steering angle compared to a reference steering angle; a first combiner calculating a first estimated curvature value in accordance with the change in the steering angle by reflecting the change mount of the driving curvature; a second calculator calculating a second estimated curvature value by using a yaw rate and a vehicle speed; and a second combiner calculating a final estimated curvature value by using at least one of the first estimated curvature value and the second estimated curvature value. |
