PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a housing having a positive pressure structure in a general air shower structure, in order to prevent performance deterioration of an air shower device, seal work is executed at a joint part of the housing, which increases assembly man-hours and takes much time for work thereby to increase costs.SOLUTION: An air shower device has an independent structure in which a pressurization chamber for pressurizing air fed out by a fan is separated from a side surface housing. The air shower device connects the side surface housing and an upper surface housing through a duct, makes the pressurization chamber and the duct into a positive pressure state, and makes the inside of the side surface housing and the inside of the upper surface housing into a negative pressure structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
