PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam generation device capable of improving reliability by reducing the number of connection parts.SOLUTION: A superheated steam generation device 13 includes: a pipe 31 configured by nonmagnetic metal; a heat exchanger 32 arranged inside the pipe 31; a coil bobbin 33 arranged so as to surround an outer peripheral surface of the pipe 31; and an induction heating coil 34 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the coil bobbin 33. When the induction heating coil 34 is driven, both the pipe 31 and the heat exchanger 32 are induction-heated, and the steam taken into the pipe 31 is superheated so as to become superheated steam exceeding 100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
