PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform billing while taking a user of charging equipment into consideration.SOLUTION: A charging control unit monitors charging current supplied to a vehicle and timing of a timer and, on the basis of a result of the monitoring, determines whether or not to start billing. Concretely, when charging current equal to or larger than predetermined current A1 is continuously supplied for predetermined time T1, the charging control unit transitions from a step 15 to a step S16 to start billing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
