The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a high efficiency copper oxide-based high efficiency selective absorber plate manufactured by a chemical oxidation technique. The present invention is to manufacture a relatively even absorber plate even if the absorber plate has a complex surface, by manufacturing the absorber plate by the chemical oxidation technique. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method for a high efficiency copper oxide-based high efficiency selective absorber plate manufactured by the chemical oxidation technique comprises: a step of forming a nanoscale structure by the chemical oxidation technique on a copper surface; a step of forming the nanoscale structure including a step of cleaning an organic matter on the copper surface, a step of removing oxide from the copper surface in which the organic matter is cleaned, and a step of chemically oxidizing the surface of the copper in which the oxide is removed using an alkali solution in which sodium hypochlorous acid (NaClO_2), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium fluorophosphoric acid (Na_3PO_4), and DI water are mixed at a predetermined ratio. |
