PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation switch of a hand blender that provides a 2-action switch which is clear-cut for an operator and prevents the operation switch from being unintentionally turned into an ON state.SOLUTION: An operation switch of a hand blender includes a revolving shaft having a rotary cutter in the vicinity of the end part, a drive part for driving the revolving shaft, and an operation switch (an operation part 22) for operating the power source of the drive part. The operation switch includes a slide switch 23 that can be moved in a first direction and can also be moved in a second direction different from the first direction. The slide switch is moved with click feelings when being moved in the first direction, is moved in the second direction when the movement in the first direction is completed, and turns on the power source of the drive part when the movement to the second direction is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
