<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain motor rotation from becoming instable due to inclusion of noise into a rotation sensing signal fed into a driver circuit, as well as restrain the life of a gear from being reduced by collision of gear teeth at motor startup, thereby making it possible for a first transport roller 16a to be quickly accelerated by a transport motor. <P>SOLUTION: A motor encoder 211 to detect the rotation amount of a transport motor 210 consisting of a DC brushless motor and a driver circuit 212 are incorporated in the transport motor 210. In a motor control circuit 200, an acceleration change process for driving the transport motor 210 is executed in such a way that at motor startup, the transport motor 210 is driven so that its revolution speed will be accelerated with a first acceleration characteristic, and after the arrival of timing grasped on the basis of the detection result of the motor encoder 211 and the first acceleration characteristic, the revolution speed of the transport motor 210 is accelerated with a second acceleration characteristic which excels in acceleration ability than the first acceleration characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
